A 2007 graduate of Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely, Colorado, she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and proudly served as class president.
Megan is especially passionate about periodontics and is dedicated to helping patients understand the important connection between oral health and overall systemic health. She takes pride in providing thorough, compassionate care while empowering patients through education.
Known for her gentle approach and welcoming demeanor, Megan strives to make every patient feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. She considers creating a calm, supportive environment one of her most meaningful contributions to Reflections Dental Care.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and son. A Colorado native, she loves the outdoors and, since moving to Oklahoma, has embraced playing golf and the joys of busy family life. Stephanie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Outside of her dental visits as a child, Stephanie got her first exposure to dentistry while working in the front office for a local oral surgeon. There, she learned about dentistry as well as insurance and the daily operations of a dental office. Those lessons would prove invaluable in her future practice as she has had the opportunity to work in almost every position in the office at RDC including office cleaner, gardener, and even toilet plunger.
Stephanie attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She walked away with a degree in one hand and her husband, Lance (whom she met in the elevator), in the other. She later went back to work part time as a clinical instructor at OU for several years while serving as a dental hygienist at RDC.
Stephanie is an adventurer and a creative. She grew up in a large family as one of 5 children (Yes, FIVE). Her parents were likely too tired to say no when she asked if she could travel to Europe by herself. Stephanie found herself on an adventure of a lifetime when at age 16, she hopped on an airplane to Germany to be an exchange student. She had the opportunity to travel all over Europe and learn to speak German while living with 3 different host families over the span of a year.
Stephanie loves to travel, cook, and enjoys outdoor adventure with her family. She enjoys boating, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding and biking with the occasional adrenaline-inducing white water rafting. Her knee doctor has told her “no more running” and she is not sad about that. She also practices Bikram Yoga on a regular basis and binges audiobooks (please send all book recs). As much as she wanted to have babies, Stephanie has come to learn that big kids are even more fun! She is enjoying working part time and helping raise her 3 teenagers the rest of the time.
Stephanie’s favorite part about working at RDC is getting to connect with patients, develop relationships with them and getting to know their interests and their families. Of course, working with the best clinicians in town is not terrible either.
Stephanie’s favorite party tricks: Doing the limbo and rolling her belly.

Annie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Annie joined the Reflections Dental Care team in 2018 and brings a deep, well-rounded background to her work with patients. She earned her Psychology degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and went on to complete her Dental Hygiene degree at the OU Health Sciences Center. During her training, Annie served as Class President, received honors from the ODA President, and was awarded the Ishmael Scholarship for her original research, “The Role of the Dental Hygienist in Orofacial Myology.”
Annie has spent many years in the dental field and has served in nearly every role within a practice, including assisting, scheduling, and office management. She began assisting in her parents’ dental office and became radiation certified at just 13 years old—an early start that shaped her lifelong passion for dentistry. In addition to her role as a dental hygienist, Annie practices as an orofacial myofunctional therapist, allowing her to take a comprehensive, airway-focused approach to patient care.
She has been married to her college sweetheart since 2011 and is the mom of two young children. Outside the office, Annie enjoys traveling, discovering great food, and experimenting with new recipes as a lifelong vegetarian.
Annie is grateful to be part of the committed and supportive team at Reflections Dental Care. What she enjoys most about her work is building meaningful relationships with patients while helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. She believes the impact of dental hygiene and myofunctional therapy extends far beyond technical care—it’s about education, trust, and long-term whole-body health.
